Kent mangoes have a naturally green skin, even when ripe, and a golden, juicy flesh with very few fibers, which makes them particularly well suited to juicing or smoothies. Blend with yogurt for a lassi; juice for cocktails or sodas; peel and eat as is. Remember: it is important to peel and not eat the skin of a mango.


Store at room temperature on the counter until ripe (2-3 days) then transfer to the fridge for up to 5 days.
