In 2011, The Gluten-Free Bakery opened in order to meet the increasing demand of many customers seeking healthy alternatives and hungry for fresh gluten-free products. The Gluten-Free Bakery hired their artisan bread baker Tim, who dedicated months to create a gluten-free bread and pastry line they loved, using basic ingredients and techniques adopted from a lifetime steeped in old-world baking traditions. They work every day to ensure that they deliver fresh and delicious loaves to everyone eating a healthy, gluten free diet. The Gluten-Free Bakery is certified gluten-free and kosher and is committed to making the highest quality hand-baked goods. They obtain our starting materials from a variety of reliable, gluten-free sources, using whole grain flours, many organic, non-GMO, local, and regional ingredients.
