Inspired by the clean, rich flavors of Tuscan bean soups and stews, Pika's Tuscan white bean soup is handcrafted with fresh vegetables that arrive in the morning to their kitchen and, by the afternoon, are transformed into this delicious, soul warming soup. Just like with all their homemade soups, the foundation is a vegetable broth that they make in house - from vegetable scraps that have roasted for hours, and make for a healthy, clean low sodium base.

Pika's Farm Table

Lake Katrine, NY

Pika's Farm Table is an artisanal kitchen located in Lake Katrine, NY, along the Hudson River. Their meals are influenced by the textures and tastes that founders Pika and Luc Roels grew up with in Belgium. They also draw inspiration from their travels and stays in Italy and France. Pika and Luc want to honor their Belgian Grandmothers, who made a meal out of the freshest ingredients, by in turn making meals out the freshest possible ingredients for their customers. Over a decade ago, they started selling quiche at their local farmers' market. Pika's gradually expanded, offering appetizers, oven dishes, aromatic soups, dips and condiments, and truly authentic Liège Waffles (the best you will ever taste!). To this day, everything is handmade in our Catskills kitchen, with an emphasis on real and local ingredients.

Keep frozen until ready to use. To defrost, thaw overnight in the fridge.

Pika's soups are now packaged in 100% BPA-free, FDA & USDA-compliant pouches. This new packaging helps Pika's diminish up to 70% of their plastic footprint!

Heating instructions: Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Turn down heat and submerge pouch in the hot water. Cover the pot with lid. Stir occasionally. Let simmer for about 15 minutes or until soup is hot and internal temperature of 165F is reached. Carefully take pouch out of water. Cut off a corner and pour in serving bowl.
