Caroline Pam and Tim Wilcox have owned and operated Kitchen Garden Farm in Sunderland, MA since 2006. They grow 50 acres of organic specialty vegetables for restaurants and stores throughout the Northeast and make award-winning sriracha and salsa from the farm's produce. Kitchen Garden Farm also hosts Chilifest, a festival celebrating hot peppers in September.
